TMiO | Manual on Trackman iO Ethernet Settings

  • Updated

If you are experiencing issues with your Trackman iO, such as disconnections or shots not being tracked, adjusting your network settings may help. Follow the steps below to ensure your connection is properly configured.

Access Network Settings

You can quickly open the network settings by searching for ‘ncpa.cpl’ in the Windows search bar or by following these steps:

  • Open the Control Panel and select “Network and Internet”.
  • Click on “Network and Sharing Center”
  • On the left-hand side, select “Change Adapter Settings”.

Identify the Correct Network Connection

  • In the Network Connections window, look for the port where your Trackman is connected. This is usually labeled as “Unidentified network”. To confirm, unplug your Trackman iO and see which connection disappears - this will be the correct one.

Adjust Settings

  • Once you have identified the correct Ethernet connection, double-click or right-click on it and select “Properties”. This will bring up the image below

  • Click on “Configure”, then go to the “Advanced” tab. If your Ethernet cable is directly connected to the PC (not through an adapter), you should see the following options:
    • “Power Saving Mode” – Set this to “Disabled”.
    • “Speed & Duplex” – Set this to “1.0 Gbps”.
  • Click “OK” to save the settings.
