Introducing Safety Borders

We are excited to introduce a new feature in the Trackman Portal: Safety Borders.

Key Benefits:

Enhanced User Interface
- A redesigned user interface of the Safety Borders pages
On-Site Bay Blocking
- New option to block bays on-site in the case of too many safety borders breaches. The bay can then be unlocked by the facility through a code.
Custom Notification Messages
- Create personalized safety border alerts to be displayed on kiosk screens and personal devices.

Safety Borders High Level
Range Operators can now access the new Safety Borders page (which combines the previous Setting and History pages)
On the Settings page, you can define the amount of safety borders breaches that trigger a notification to the Player or Staff member
On the History page, you can review reported incidents, export this list to Excel, or access the Range site server
Example of Kiosk notification: Please be careful
Out of Bounds! If balls are repeatedly hit to the prohibited area, staff will be notified
Example of Kiosk notification: Staff have been notified
Out of Bounds! Too many balls hit to the prohibited area. Staff has been notified
Example of Kiosk notification: Block bay
Safety Border Breached. Too many balls hit to the prohibited area. Please contact staff to unlock the screen
