If you are experiencing tracking issues within TPS, our support agents might need to collect Trackman Support Files (TMFs) to escalate and have them analysed. These files are shot specific data files generated by every shot, including information that could determine where the issue is and help us understand how to improve or solve the matter.
To collect them, you must open TPS and connect to your unit. Then, toggle “Save Trackman Data Files” ON in Advanced Settings as you can see in the picture.
Save the changes and head into Shot Analysis. There, you must take 8 to 10 shots. Once done, click on the 4 Boxes Icon and select Table View, as indicated here:
The table will display all the shots taken. Make sure the correct amount is selected and then click on “Export” ( the icon in the picture below)
Then, when prompted, select Trackman Support File. This will generate the data file and save it in the selected location. Once saved, the file will look like this:
All set! Now you can send this file to us for analysis!
