In some cases, you may want to give customers the option to leave a note - such as requesting special assistance or specific equipment. This can be easily achieved using the "Notes Prompt" feature within the bay settings.
How To Enable Notes Prompt
1. Open Bay Options
Navigate to the "Additional Settings" tab in your bay options.
2. Find “Extra Properties”
Scroll to the section labeled "Extra Properties" and open the dropdown menu.
3. Select “Notes Prompt”
Choose "Notes Prompt" from the list. Once selected, a small text field will appear.
Adding Notes
- Now, use the text field to write the note you want displayed.
- The note will then appear on both the checkout page and the booking details.
- Once you've enabled the Notes Prompt, it will be displayed on the customer's side as well as in the admin panel.
On the Customer’s Side:
When customers go through the booking process, they will see a section titled "+Add Notes."
Here, they can freely add any special requests, such as needing equipment or assistance during their session.
On the Admin Panel:
After the customer adds their note, it will show up in the booking details on the admin panel. This ensures you have all the information needed to prepare for the booking and can address any specific requests.
