This article will explain how to create a Windows user account profile by entering "Accounts" and "Other Users" in "Settings".
Steps To Add A User
- Go to the "Settings" app on your Windows device
- Select "Accounts"
- Then "Other user" or use the following shortcut: Other Users
- Under "Add other user", please select "Add account"
- This will open a sign in window as shown below
- Please enter the account information and/or credentials for this person to sign in
- If there is no sign in information, please click here: I don't have this person's sign-in information
- Fill out the user name and a password if you would like. If you do not wish to have a password on the PC, simple leave it blank.
- Follow the instructions to finish setting up the account.
- This includes answering a couple of security questions. Please follow the instructions on the screen, and finish off by signing out and in again with your new user.
