If Trackman Performance Studio is displaying grey images on modules and the layout isn't loading correctly, it typically means the PC is unable to download the rendering files.
Follow the steps below to resolve this issue:
- Switch to a different network
- Start by clicking "Forget Network" to forget the original network.
- Then, connect the PC to a hotspot or a different network (e.g., mobile hotspot).
- Open TPS and allow the layout to load fully.
- This should trigger the download of the missing rendering files.
- Return to original network
- Once the layout has loaded correctly, reconnect the PC to its original network. Turn off the "Forget Network"-option again, if the original network won't show.
- Close and reopen TPS to test if the layout now loads as expected.
