Troubleshooting Data Issues in the Trackman Golf App
- Verify Account Login
- Ensure you are signed into the correct account within the app.
- Check Internet Connection
- Confirm that your iOS device is connected to the internet.
- Review Upload Activity
- Navigate to "Settings" > "Trackman"
- Verify that sessions have been marked as done under "Upload Activity"
- Submit a Support Ticket
- If the data still does not appear in your Trackman account, please submit a support ticket here.
Remember only a select number of reports can be sent without a software subscription. An unlimited amount is allowed to be sent if the software subscription is up to date.
