If you are experiencing data issues or reports not sending in the Trackman Golf App, please follow the guide below.

Troubleshooting Data Issues in the Trackman Golf App

  1. Verify Account Login
    • Ensure you are signed into the correct account within the app.
  2. Check Internet Connection 
    • Confirm that your iOS device is connected to the internet.
  3. Review Upload Activity
    • Navigate to "Settings" > "Trackman"
    • Verify that sessions have been marked as done under "Upload Activity"
  4. Submit a Support Ticket

Remember only a select number of reports can be sent without a software subscription. An unlimited amount is allowed to be sent if the software subscription is up to date.
