General | How to Setup a Shop for Products

You will need products already created in your portal before setting up the shop.

There are a couple ways you can access your shop, it is always possible to change how your shop is accessed later if you change your mind. Here are the options:

  • Use a navigation link

    https://booking.trackmangolf.com/venues/YOUR_VENUE_NAME/shop/THE_SLUG_GAVE_TO_THE_SHOP

     

  • Use a QR code

  • Or use both a navigation link and a QR code.

Setting up the Shop

  1. Start by accessing the settings button at the top right of your admin portal and select "Shop Pages" under the Product/POS Settings section



  2. Now select the "Create Shop Page" button



  3. Add a page title, a unique slug name, and a description. Double check everything is correct, then select "Create".



  4. Enter into the shop by selecting the right facing arrow next to the shop



  5. Select "Products" at the top of the screen



  6. Then select "Add category +" and add a name for the category



  7. Now select "Add Product +"



  8. From here on you will be adding all the products you want to display and organizing them using the categories.



  9. Once everything is setup how you want it, go the "Page Details" section. Here you will want to mark your shop as active by selecting "Yes".



  10. Then click "Save Changes" on the bottom of the page



  11. When you navigate to your shop it will look something like this depending on how you organized your shop.
