Setting up the target image correctly on your Trackman 4 ensures accurate tracking and analysis of your golf shots. Follow the steps below to calibrate the target line.
Calibrating the Target Line
- Launch TPS: Open the Trackman Performance Studio (TPS) application on your device.
- Access Target Image Section: Click on the Trackman logo at the bottom of the home screen. This will take you to the Target Image section.
- Place the ball: This needs to be placed inside the blue square.
- Adjust Tee-Up to Net Distance: Ensure the horizontal blue line on the screen corresponds to the intersection of the floor with the impact screen. If the line falls behind or on the screen itself, it can result in inaccurate data tracking.
- Adjust Yellow Axis: The vertical yellow line is the aiming point on the screen.
- The most precise way to selecting your aim is by putting a club leaned against the hitting screen where the ball is supposed to impact the screen and then align the vertical line with the club.
- Test Your Setup: Optionally, hit some shots in the Shot Analysis or Virtual Golf modes to ensure the data is tracked accurately.
