Trackman offers two types of subscriptions: Software and Hardware. They are both run on an annual basis. A key difference between them lies in the backpay policy.
- If a Software Subscription expires, it ends without requiring backpay to reinstate.
- However, for a Hardware Subscription, if it lapses, customers must backpay for the missed period to reactivate it.
