Steps to Troubleshoot Target Image Not Loading

Connect to the Trackman Web Interface
- Follow the instructions in How To Connect To The Trackman Web Interface 🎦

Access the Sensors Page
- Once you have access to the web interface, navigate to "Sensors" from the menu on the left-hand side.

Check the Camera Image
- Scroll down to the bottom of the Sensors page.
- Click the three lines (menu icon) at the bottom left of the screen.
- An image should appear, indicating that the camera is working properly.

Evaluate the Camera Image
- If the image does not load, appears blurry, or is discolored, this may indicate a camera issue. If you experience this, please submit a support ticket here.
