If the target image is not loading or stuck, it might be due to the internal camera on the unit or software issues related to the Trackman folders on the C: drive.
In order to determine what might cause the target image to not load or freeze, we ask you to follow the instructions below.
Steps to Troubleshoot Target Image Not Loading

Connect to the Trackman Web Interface
- Follow the instructions in How To Connect To The Trackman Web Interface 🎦

Access the Sensors Page
- Once you have access to the web interface, navigate to "Sensors" from the menu on the left-hand side.

Check the Camera Image
- Scroll down to the bottom of the Sensors page.
- Click the three lines (menu icon) at the bottom left of the screen.
- An image should appear, indicating that the camera is working properly.

Evaluate the Camera Image
- If the image does not load, appears blurry, or is discolored, this may indicate a camera issue.
- If the internal camera does not load, appears blurry, or discolored, please submit a support ticket here
If the internal camera is showing an image, follow these steps below:

Delete Specific Folders on the C:drive
- Navigate to the C: drive and delete the folder C:\ProgramData\TrackMan\VideoManagement.
- After deleting, navigate to C:\ProgramData\TrackMan\TrackMan Performance Studio\Cache and delete this folder.
- Make sure that you empty the Recycle Bin on the desktop.

Reconnect Your Unit
- Now you should be able to open up the Trackman Performance Studio and connect your unit.
