TPS | Locked Courses in TPS

If you experience issues with locked courses in TPS, meaning you cannot play the courses, there can be several reasons why this is happening. Below are some common reasons why this might happen and how to resolve the issue:

  1. Expired Subscription
    • An active software subscription is required to access Virtual Golf courses. If your subscription has expired, the courses will remain locked.
  2. Connection Issues
    • Ensure your Trackman radar is on and properly connected. Sometimes, courses may appear locked if the radar is not connected. Try reconnecting by clicking the Trackman logo at the bottom of the main screen in TPS.
  3. Software Glitches
    • Occasionally, software glitches can cause courses to appear locked. Closing and reopening TPS can often resolve this issue.
To prevent this from happening, make sure your subscription is up-to-date, maintain a stable connection with your Trackman radar, and restart the TPS software if you encounter any issues.
