As a facility owner, you are able to manage your sponsors and the selected campaigns. You can add sponsors per location and bay. Create a sponsor campaign and manage how you want them to be displayed in your facility. 

How to Add Sponsors to Locations and Bays

As a facility owner, you are able to manage your sponsors and the selected campaigns. You can add sponsors per location and bay. Create a sponsor campaign on selected locations, bays and courses.

1. Find Your Sponsor Campaign: Go to your Trackman Facility Portal. Click on "Sponsor Campaign" and locate the campaign you want to manage.
2. Edit Your Sponsor Campaign: Click the edit button to start editing your sponsor campaign. Choose the location, bay, and courses where the sponsor campaign will be displayed.
3. Browse Courses: Click on "Browse All Courses" to see an overview of all available courses.
4. Select Courses: Highlight and select the courses where you want your sponsor campaign to appear. You can select multiple courses at once.
5. Choose Sponsors: Select the sponsor for each hole on the chosen courses. Click on the preview screen to see how the sponsor campaign will look.
6. Check for Errors: Ensure you have selected the location, bay, and courses. If not, error messages will appear, and you won't be able to save the campaign.
7. Save Campaign: Once everything is set, click on "Save Campaign" to finalize your sponsor campaign.
