Repair Process for Your Unit

When your unit encounters issues, it's important to follow a structured repair process to ensure it is restored to optimal condition. This process involves providing detailed information about the problem, performing initial troubleshooting, and deciding on the best repair option.
Once the repair is deemed necessary, your unit will be sent to our Production Team in Denmark, where it will undergo a thorough multi-phase repair procedure.

Steps to Begin the Repair Process

  1. Provide Details: Share more information about the issue you're experiencing. If there is any physical damage, include photos of the affected areas.
  2. Serial Number: Provide the serial number of your unit. This helps us identify your device.
  3. Troubleshooting: We will perform initial troubleshooting steps. If these steps do not resolve the issue, we will determine if your unit needs repair.
  4. Repair Decision: If a repair is needed, we will provide you with the shipping documents, so that you can send your unit back to our HQ in Denmark.
