How to Access Your Tickets with Trackman Support
- Open Your Web Browser: Launch your preferred web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari).
- Visit the Trackman Support Help Center: Go to the Trackman Support Help Center
- Log In to Your Account: Click on the "Sign In" button in the top right corner and enter your username and password for your Trackman account.
- Navigate to the Support Section: Once logged in, find and click on the MyCases in the right hand corner.
- Access Your Tickets: You now have an overview of all your previous and ongoing tickets with Trackman Support.
- Select the Ongoing Ticket: Find the ticket you have open with Trackman Support and click on the title. You are now able to write back to Trackman Support or to check for any updates.
