Pricing Schedule

A "Pricing Schedule" in Booking & Payments lets you define custom pricing rules for specific times, days, or seasons. Instead of using one flat rate for all bookings, you can create a schedule that adjusts prices based on:

  • Time of day (e.g., lower rates in the morning, higher in the evening)
  • Day of the week (e.g., weekend vs. weekday pricing)
  • Seasonal demand (e.g., summer vs. winter rates)
  • Availability (e.g., block off times for maintenance or private use)

Pricing schedules can be found in each individual bay option’s settings. First, navigate to Settings → Bay options, then click on the desired bay option.

Then, within the bay option, navigate to the Pricing section, where you will find the pricing schedules. Click on the edit icon (pencil icon) to modify a pricing schedule.

You can also add multiple pricing schedules, though this is not required. Creating multiple pricing schedules can be useful if you want to set up seasonal pricing—for example, if prices should change depending on the season, month, and so on.

Each schedule is built using a calendar grid, where you can set prices in 30-minute intervals and apply them across multiple days.

Availability Schedule

You can also mark time slots as “unavailable”, giving you full control over when and how your facility can be booked.

For example, the customers cannot book from 6 AM to 10:30 AM from the 1st of January, 2026, to the 31st of January if you configure it as below.
