In TPS, you can easily download new virtual golf courses using the built-in Download Manager. This tool lets you browse available courses, manage downloads, and control automatic updates.
Download New Courses

Open TPS
- Launch TPS on your computer and ensure you're connected to the internet.

Open the Download Manager
- Look for the cloud icon in the bottom-right corner of the main screen. Click this icon to open Download Manager.
- If you don't see the icon, you need to sign in using the facility's admin e-mail.

Go to the “Available” Tab
- In Download Manager, click the "Available" tab to view all courses that can be downloaded.

Browse and Download
- Each course is listed with its name, file size, and version. Click the download button next to any course you want to install.
Smart Install in the Download Manager
Within the settings in the Download Manager, you will find different options to download and manage courses.
- Smart Install: We recommended toggling this setting on. With this, a selection of popular courses is automatically installed and kept up to date. All games and practice activities are also installed and kept up to date. You can choose a selection between 25, 50, 100 or 200 courses.
- Complete install: All courses, along with all games and practice activities, are automatically installed and kept up to date.
- Manual Install: You have full control over which courses, games and practice activities are installed or removed. All installed content is kept up to date automatically.
You can enable or disable these options based on your preferences.
