TPS | Login Options: Owner vs Guest Access

  • Updated

In TPS, there are multiple ways to log in but not all of them give you the same level of access.

This article explains the difference between logging in as the Owner (Coach) and logging in as a Guest, so you can make sure your data is saved correctly and you're using the system as intended.

Login Options in TPS

Bottom-Right Corner: Owner/Coach Login

This is where the main user of the TPS system logs in. In TPS, this person is referred to as the Owner or Coach.

  • This login sets the primary user for the program.
  • The Owner has full control over the system, including session management and data ownership.
  • Use this method if you're a coach, facility staff, or managing the program.

Top-Right Corner: QR Code or PIN Code

This is where players can log in to track their own data.

  • Logging in here links your shots and stats to your personal Trackman profile.
  • You are considered a Guest in the session.
  • The Owner remains the same, and your login does not override their access.

Bottom-Left Corner: Email and Password

This is another way for players to log in to their Trackman account.

  • Just like the top-left login, this login gives you Guest access.
  • Your data will be saved to your profile, but the session remains under the Owner’s control.
