  • Does the camera always record at 120 FPS?
    • Depending on how the profile is set up, the camera may not record at 120 FPS.
    • To always have 120 FPS, you will need to use the exposure time higher than 1/128s under “Auto adjust” or “Custom” settings or use the “120 FPS” or “Club Analysis” presettings.
    • When using custom profiles, the FPS can drop.
  • Can I use multiple cameras with the same computer?
    • Yes, but each camera must be connected to an independent USB 3.1 hub.
    • For more than two cameras, a PCIe card is required.
  • Do I need a longer cable?
    • You can extend the included cables using a USB 3.1 booster extension cable (10m or 15m).
    • If running cables longer than 5 meters, you must run a USB 3.0 booster cable plus a 1-meter IDS USB 3.0 cable.
