This article will explain how to access "Advanced Settings" in Trackman Performance Studio. This below guide will walk you through the exact steps to unlock system-level settings, even when using a shared or public setup.

Access Advanced Settings in Private And Public Mode

1. Open TPS and Go to the Main Screen
   • Make sure TPS is running and you're on the home screen - not inside a session.
2. Click the Profile Name
   • In the bottom-right corner, click on the profile name currently displayed. This opens the "Settings" menu.
3. Check the Data Compliance Setting
   • If the setting is "Private" or "Private with Email", you’ll see the "Advanced Settings" option in the top-right corner of the screen.
   • If the setting is "Public", continue to the next step.
4. Log In with a Facility Clearance Profile
   • In Public mode, "Advanced Settings" are hidden by default. To unlock them:
     • Scan the QR Code or
     • Navigate to the "Sign In" button in the lower left hand corner and log in using a Facility-level profile (admin or coach access)
5. Access "Advanced Settings"
   • Once logged in with the appropriate clearance, the "Advanced Settings" (gear icon) will appear in the lower right corner, just above your profile name.
