Managing opening hours and availability across different simulator bays is essential for running a flexible and efficient facility. In Trackman Booking & Payments, you can apply specific day or date rules to Bay Groups to control when they are open or closed. This is especially useful for:
- Extending hours for VIP bays
- Shortening hours for coaching bays
- Closing bays on holidays or special events (e.g., Christmas)
How to Apply Rules to Bay Groups
- Go to the Bay Groups Tab
In the admin panel, navigate to the Bay Groups section. - Select the Bay Group
Choose the Bay Group you want to apply a rule to. - Add a Time Rule
In the Time Rules section, click to add a new rule. - Set the Rule Type
- For regular weekly adjustments, choose a Day Rule (e.g., Mondays 8 AM–10 PM).
- For one-off changes, choose a Specific Date Rule (e.g., December 25 – Closed).
- Define the Hours and Status
Set the opening hours and select whether the bay is Open or Closed (Restricted) during that time. Changes will be applied once the Update button is clicked.
