When "Data Compliance" is set to Public, TPS restricts user switching to protect customer data. In this mode, switching the coach (owner) requires a few extra steps.
How to Switch the Coach in Public Mode

Log In with a Facility-Cleared Profile
- Use the bottom-left login, QR code, or access code to log in with an admin or coach profile that has facility clearance.

Change Data Compliance Setting
- Go to "Settings"
- Change "Data Compliance" from Public to Private.
- TPS will restart automatically.

Switch the Coach
- After restart, follow the standard steps to switch the coach via the bottom-right user menu.

(Optional) Revert to Public Mode
- Once the correct coach is logged in, you can return to "Settings" and switch "Data Compliance" back to Public if needed.
