If You Don’t Have an Active Subscription
You have a few options if your subscription has expired or you never enrolled:
- Pay Out of Pocket
- Cost: $1,000–$1,500 (depending on the repair
- Payment: Must be made before your unit is returned.
- Upgrade Your Subscription
- Cost: Backpay from the date your subscription expired plus one additional year.
- Benefits: Same as an active subscription—loaner unit, free repairs, shipping, and priority service.
