The Hardware Subscription is a comprehensive service plan that covers repairs, shipping, and even provides a loaner unit while your device is being serviced. It’s designed to protect your investment and keep your operations running smoothly.

Overview of a Hardware Subscription

With an active Hardware Subscription, you receive:

  • Free Repairs – All hardware repairs are fully covered.
  • Free Shipping – No cost for shipping to and from Trackman.
  • Loaner Unit – A replacement unit is sent to you while yours is being repaired.
  • Priority Service – Your device is placed first in line for repairs.
  • Peace of Mind – Avoid unexpected repair costs and downtime.

If You Don’t Have an Active Subscription

You have a few options if your subscription has expired or you never enrolled:

  1. Pay Out of Pocket
    • Cost: $1,000–$1,500 (depending on the repair
    • Payment: Must be made before your unit is returned.
  2. Upgrade Your Subscription
    • Cost: Backpay from the date your subscription expired plus one additional year.
    • Benefits: Same as an active subscription—loaner unit, free repairs, shipping, and priority service.
    • How to Upgrade: Use your serial number on The Trackman Shop to calculate the backpay and renew.
