Trackman Range allows you to define safety borders and set up automated notifications when golfers hit shots beyond those limits. These notifications help staff respond quickly and maintain a safe environment.

This article explains how to configure those notifications through the Trackman Golf Portal.

Setting Up Safety Notifications

1. Log in to the Trackman Golf Portal.
2. In the left-hand menu, go to the Safety Borders tab.
3. Click on the Plus icon to Add a Notification.

Configure the Notification Rule

1. Set the Trigger
   • Choose how many shots beyond the safety border will trigger the notification.
2. Select Notification Type and Content
   • • Choose the type of app notification (e.g., pop-up, alert).
     • Enter the message content that will appear in the bay.
3. Optional: Notify Staff
   • Add staff contact details if you want them to be alerted when the rule is triggered.

Editing or Deleting Notifications

• To edit a notification, click the three dots on the notification tile and select "Edit".
• To delete a notification, use the same menu and select "Delete".
