Error Messages | Trackman iO Was Disconnected

If you’re seeing an error message stating that the Trackman iO was disconnected and will automatically reconnect, it means your Trackman iO has lost connection. This is usually a temporary issue and can often be resolved with a few quick troubleshooting steps. 

How To Restore Connection 

  1.  Check Your Ethernet Cables
    • Ensure all Ethernet cables are securely connected to both the Trackman radar and your network/router.
    • Unplug the cables from both ends, wait a few seconds, and plug them back in firmly.
  2. Swap Ethernet Cable
    • Sometimes, a damaged or faulty cable can cause the internet connection to become unstable, which might be the reason for the disconnection.
    • If possible, please swab the ethernet cable with a new one for testing.
  3. Update Ethernet Drivers
  4. Update USB Adapters
    • SB network adapters may also need driver updates
    • In Device Manager, expand Universal Serial Bus controllers or Network adapters (depending on how the adapter is listed).
    • Right-click the USB adapter and select Update driver.
    • If no update is found, visit the manufacturer’s website for the latest driver.
  5. Check The Light Of Your Radar
  6. Reboot The Radar
