Overview of the error
This error may appear at the end of the checkout process for a venue on the Trackman Booking & Payments platform. It typically indicates a misconfiguration in the venue’s payment or store setup.
Fixing the Error
- Check Venue Information
- Go to the venue’s "Information Background".
- Confirm the following:
- A Payment Method is added.
- The Subscription is active and paid.

Check Payment Configuration
- Go to "Settings" > "Payments" in the admin panel.
- Ensure all boxes in the Payment Configuration section are green.

Check Store Setup
- If everything above looks correct, check if Stores are configured.
- If no store is set up, the system will trigger the internal server error at checkout.
- Resolution
- Add or correct the missing configuration (typically the store)
