Error Messages | An Internal Server Error Occurred at Checkout

Overview of the error

This error may appear at the end of the checkout process for a venue on the Trackman Booking & Payments platform. It typically indicates a misconfiguration in the venue’s payment or store setup.

Fixing the Error

  1. Check Venue Information
    • Go to the venue’s "Information Background".
    • Confirm the following:
      • A Payment Method is added.
      • The Subscription is active and paid.

  2. Check Payment Configuration
    • Go to "Settings" > "Payments" in the admin panel.
    • Ensure all boxes in the Payment Configuration section are green.

  3. Check Store Setup

    • If everything above looks correct, check if Stores are configured.
    • If no store is set up, the system will trigger the internal server error at checkout.

  4. Resolution
    • Add or correct the missing configuration (typically the store)
    • Save changes and test the checkout process again.
