If you cannot locate the projector in Device Manager or Display Settings, please follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.

Locate Projector in Device Manager

1. Check Device Manager
   • Open Device Manager.
   • Expand the Monitors section.
   • See if the projector is listed there.
2. Check NVIDIA Control Panel
   • Open the NVIDIA Control Panel.
   • Go to "Set Up Multiple Displays"
   • Make sure the checkbox for the projector is selected.
   • If it's not checked, check the box.
3. If the projector isn't shown:
   • Reseat (unplug and plug back in) the HDMI/DisplayPort cables at both the projector and the PC ends.
4. Check for Directional HDMI Cable
   • Some HDMI cables are directional (they only work one way).
   • Look for labels like “Input” and “Output” on each end of the cable.
   • Ensure the Input end is connected to the PC and the Output end to the projector.
5. Still Not Working?
   • Try a different HDMI cable. The current one may be faulty.
