Set Up Golf Events
In the Event overview, you can easily access and manage your upcoming, ongoing, and past events. Here you can find options such as New Event, Onboarding Cards and Manage events.
When tapping the home screen card for the first time, onboarding screens guide will guide you through the initial setup.
The guide covers how to set up Golf Events, how to connect cameras and mentions a subscription requirement.
After adding groups and players to the event, you need to connect to a Trackman unit and cameras. Click Start Event to connect the unit. Make sure to connect the TM4 in the Wi-Fi settings first.
To connect the external cameras, use another iOS device to open the TM Camera app and assign
its camera position.
When both the Camera and Trackman buttons are green, you're ready to track a shot. Ensure the ball is teed up inside the blue Tee Area in Target Selection.
For the most accurate data, we recommend setting up the Event system on a relatively flat hole.
The event operator can replay videos in full screen for the player on the tee box.
If a shot is tracked without a player selected, long-press to drag it from Unassigned to the correct player. You can also drag a shot from one player to another if needed.Once the event is finished, click Finish Event and upload it to the Portal. Event reports can be configured and shared with participants directly from the Portal.
When the label turns green, the event has been uploaded to the Portal.
