Setting up a Trackman League is a great way to engage players in competitive play. Follow the steps below to create your own league and manage events from start to finish.
Create the League
- Navigate to the Leagues tab under Competitions on the left-hand side of the screen.
- Select Create League.
- Enter a name for your league and choose the desired format.
Set Up a Season
Once your league is created:
- Create the first Season.
- Add a name and description.
- (Optional) Set a participant limit.
- Choose the unit of measurement for the leaderboard (e.g., strokes, points).
Add Events to the Season
You can add three types of activities as events:
- Course Play
- Hit It
- Closest to the Pin
For each event, you can:
- Adjust settings similar to TPS (e.g., number of holes, distances, putting type).
- Add a sponsor logo or name.
Click Finish once all event settings are configured.
Set Event Dates
- Adjust each event’s start and end date.
- When you add a new event, it will automatically begin after the previous one ends.
Once all events are added, click Next.
Choose League Payment Type
Select whether the league is free or paid.
To run a paid league, you must have paid tournaments enabled. Contact Trackman Support to activate this feature.
If running a paid league, you’ll be able to:
- (Optional) Set a signup period
- Enter the price
- Apply tax if required
Add League Branding
- Upload custom images to visually represent your league.
- Use the Media Library to manage your image files.
Review and Publish
- Under the Summary section, review all league information.
- Once confirmed, click Publish.
Invite Players
To invite players to your league:
- Reopen your league and navigate to the Players tab.
- Use the League Link provided to share with participants.
