The Basic Booking Report in Booking & Payments provides a detailed view of all bookings made within a selected time frame. It helps you analyze booking trends, compare online vs. walk-in bookings, and understand customer behavior across different booking statuses and payment states.
How to Generate the Basic Booking Report
- Access the Report
- Go to your Admin Panel.
- Click the Bar Chart icon to open the reporting options.
- Select "Basic Booking Report" and click "Go to report".
- Configure the Report In the sidebar on the right:
- Select a Date Range:
- Use the quick-select buttons or define a custom range.
- Choose a Search Type:
- Play Date: When the booking is scheduled.
- Order Date: When the booking was made (useful for accounting or marketing).
- Set the Increment:
- Defines how data is grouped in the graph (e.g., daily, weekly).
- Filter by Purchase Type:
- Choose between Online and Walk-in bookings.
- Filter by Booking Status:
- Options include: Checked In, Not Checked In, Not Assigned, Cancelled.
- Filter by Payment Status:
- Options include: Paid, Refunded, Unpaid.
- Select a Date Range:
- Generate and Export
- Click "Generate Report" to view the data.
- Click "Export as CSV" to download the report for further analysis in Excel.
