Reports | How to Use the Purchase Report

The Purchase Report within Booking & Payments provides a comprehensive overview of all purchases made across your venue. It’s ideal for tracking revenue, understanding customer buying behavior, and supporting accounting and marketing efforts.

How to Generate the Purchase Report

  1. Access the Report
    • Go to your Admin Panel.
    • Click the Bar Chart icon to open the reporting options.
    • Select Purchase Report.
  2. Configure the Report In the sidebar on the right:
    • Select a Date Range:
      • Use the quick-select buttons or define a custom range.
    • Choose a Search Type:
      • Play Date: When the booking is scheduled.
      • Order Date: When the booking was made.
    • Set the Increment:
      • Defines how data is grouped in the graph (e.g., daily, weekly).
    • Choose Reporting Date Type:
      • Fully Paid Date: When the item was fully paid.
      • Confirmed Date: When the purchase was confirmed.
    • If using Confirmed Date, you can further filter by:
      • Paid
      • Overpaid
      • Part Paid
      • Unpaid
      • Voided
  3. Generate and Export
    • Click "Generate Report" to view the data.
    • Click "Export as CSV" to download the report for further analysis in Excel.
