Reports | How to Use the Payments Report

The Payments Report in the Booking & Payments section helps facilities track and reconcile incoming funds. It provides a clear view of payment statuses, making it easier to match transactions with bank records and identify any issues with failed or pending payments.

How to Generate the Payments Report

  1. Access the Report
    • Go to your Admin Panel.
    • Click the Bar Chart icon to open the reporting options.
    • Select Payments Report.
  2. Configure the Report In the sidebar on the right:
    • Select a Date Range:
      • Use the quick-select buttons or define a custom range.
    • Choose a Search Type:
      • Play Date: When the booking is scheduled.
      • Order Date: When the booking was made.
    • Set the Increment:
      • Defines how data is grouped in the graph (e.g., daily, weekly).
    • Filter by Payment Status:
      • Options include: Complete, Failed, Pending.
  3. Generate and Export
    • Click "Generate Report" to view the data.
    • Click "Export as CSV" to download the report for further analysis in Excel.
