The Payments Browser allows facilities to explore all payment transactions in detail. It’s especially useful for tracking the status of individual payments and identifying issues such as failed or pending transactions.
While similar to the Payments Report, the Payments Browser focuses more on listing individual transactions rather than summarizing them in graphs.
How to Use the Payments Browser
- Access the Report
- Go to your Admin Panel.
- Click the Bar Chart icon to open the reporting options.
- Select Payments Browser.
- Configure the Report In the sidebar on the right:
- Select a Date Range:
- Use the quick-select buttons or define a custom range.
- Choose a Search Type:
- Play Date: When the booking is scheduled.
- Order Date: When the booking was made.
- Set the Increment:
- Defines how data is grouped in the graph (e.g., daily, weekly).
- Filter by Payment Status:
- Options include: Complete, Failed, Pending.
- Select a Date Range:
- Generate the Report
- Click "Generate Report" to view the list of payments.
