Reports | How to Use the Web Traffic Report

The Web Traffic Report helps facilities understand how visitors are finding and interacting with their venue’s website. This report uses UTM parameters to track the source of traffic, making it a valuable tool for marketing analysis and campaign tracking.

How to Use the Web Traffic Report

  1. Access the Report
    • Go to your Admin Panel.
    • Click the Bar Chart icon to open the reporting options.
    • Select Web Traffic Report.
  2. Configure the Report
    • Just like other reports, you can:
      • Select a Date Range using quick-select buttons or a custom range.
      • Apply Filters to narrow down traffic data by specific time periods or campaign sources.
  3. Analyze the Data
    • Review how users are reaching your venue’s website.
    • Identify which marketing channels (e.g., email, social media, ads) are driving the most traffic.
