The Token Creation Report helps facilities track when tokens are created and how they are used. This is especially useful for monitoring promotional campaigns, prepaid packages, or any system that uses tokens for access or purchases.
How to Generate the Token Creation Report
- Access the Report
- Go to your Admin Panel.
- Click the Bar Chart icon to open the reporting options.
- Select Token Creation Report.
- Configure the Report In the sidebar on the right:
- Select a Date Range:
- Use the quick-select buttons or define a custom range.
- Choose a Search Type:
- Play Date: When the booking is scheduled.
- Order Date: When the booking was made.
- Set the Increment:
- Defines how data is grouped in the graph (e.g., daily, weekly).
- Filter by Token Status:
- Options include: Unused, Part Used, Used.
- Select a Date Range:
- Generate the Report
- Click "Generate Report" to view the data.
