The venue restriction "Available From To Date" allows you to define a specific time window during which a bay option is visible and available for selection by costumers. Outside of this date range, the option will not appear in the booking interface.

How Available From To Date Works

1. Create the Venue Restriction
   • Navigate to the Venue Restrictions tab.
   • Click "Create New Restriction".
   • Create the flag that links to the restriction.
   • Click "Edit Rule"
     
     
     
     
   • Choose the rule type: "Available From – To Date".
   • Set the desired start and end dates for availability.
     
     
     
     
   • Click "Confirm Changes"
2. Apply the Restriction to a Bay Option
   • Go to the Bay Options section.
   • Select the bay option you want to restrict.

   • Apply the flag linked to the venue restriction.

     
     
      

   • Click "Save Changes"
3. Important Reminder
   • Make sure the bay option is linked to a Bay Group.
   • If it’s not, the bay option will not appear to customers during the booking process.
