3. Configure Loops and Player Limits
   • Number of Loops: Set how many times the course is played (e.g., 1 for a single round).
   • Min/Max Players: Define the allowed group size (e.g., 1–4 players).
4. Set Booking Window
   • Max Book Ahead Period: Choose how far in advance users can book (e.g., 2 weeks)
5. Manage Cancellations and Refunds
   • Limit Customer Cancellations: Toggle on if you want manual approval for late cancellations.
   • Limit Customer Self-Refunds: Set a refund window or use default settings.
6. Control Availability and Access
   • Available for Customers: Enable if customers can book this option.
   • Option Disabled: Toggle to disable the option temporarily.
   • Usable with Balance: Allow customers to pay using their account balance.
7. Add Reporting and Pricing Control
   • Report Category: Assign a category for internal tracking
   • Flags: Add tax or pricing flags as needed.
   • Perks and Ekstra Properties: Use these for custom benefits or tags.
