Blocking timeslots in the Golf Portal for Booking & Payments allows you to reserve bays for events, maintenance, or internal use. This guide explains two easy methods to block time: using "Block Mode" directly on the calendar, or applying "Date Rules" through the Bay Groups settings.
Method 1: Using Block Mode on the Booking Calendar
- Log in to the Trackman Golf Portal.
- Navigate to your Booking & Payments page.
- Click to enter "Block Mode" on the bottom left side of your page.
- Select the day and time range you want to block. (Selected options should show up in blue boxes.)
- Choose the option titled "Block # Slot"
- Repeat as needed to block additional time periods.

Exit "Block Mode" once you’ve completed your selections.
Be sure to exit Block Mode to return to the regular booking view. Double-check your selections before leaving this mode.
Method 2: Using Bay Groups and Date Rules
- From the main menu, go to "Settings".
- Click on "Bay Groups" to manage individual bay settings.
- Select the specific bays you want to apply time restrictions to.
- Scroll to the "Time Rules" section. Add a new rule by entering:
- A rule name
- Start and end date/time
- Type of restriction (e.g., unavailable)
- Click "Update" to apply the rule to the selected bays.
