Advanced Configuration | How to Block Timeslots

Blocking timeslots in the Golf Portal for Booking & Payments allows you to reserve bays for events, maintenance, or internal use. This guide explains two easy methods to block time: using "Block Mode" directly on the calendar, or applying "Date Rules" through the Bay Groups settings.

Method 1: Using Block Mode on the Booking Calendar

  1. Log in to the Trackman Golf Portal.
  2. Navigate to your Booking & Payments page.
  3. Click to enter "Block Mode" on the bottom left side of your page.
  4. Select the day and time range you want to block. (Selected options should show up in blue boxes.)



  5. Choose the option titled "Block # Slot"
  6. Repeat as needed to block additional time periods.
  7. Exit "Block Mode" once you’ve completed your selections.

    Be sure to exit Block Mode to return to the regular booking view. Double-check your selections before leaving this mode.

Method 2: Using Bay Groups and Date Rules

  1. From the main menu, go to "Settings".
  2. Click on "Bay Groups" to manage individual bay settings.
  3. Select the specific bays you want to apply time restrictions to.
  4. Scroll to the "Time Rules" section. Add a new rule by entering:
    • A rule name
    • Start and end date/time
    • Type of restriction (e.g., unavailable)



  5. Click "Update" to apply the rule to the selected bays.
