Automatic Check-In with PIN Access
To enable automatic check-in, your venue must use the Trackman Integration. Here’s how it works:
- Each booking is assigned a unique PIN.
- Customers use this PIN to unlock their bay.
- Once the PIN is used, the system automatically updates the booking status to “checked in” (shown in purple in the admin portal).
This eliminates the need for manual check-ins and ensures accurate session tracking.
