This rule sets a maximum number of concurrent bookings that a user with a specific perk can have for a particular bay option. It allows you to offer enhanced booking privileges to customers with memberships, while applying different rules to non-members.

How Max Concurrency For User With Perk Works

1. Create the Venue Restriction
   • Navigate to the Venue Restrictions tab.
   • Click "Create New Restriction".
   • Create the flag that links to the restriction.
   • Click "Create"
     
     
     
     
   • Click "Edit Rule"
   • Set the concurrency count and select the perk
   • Choose the perk which the restriction is counting towards
     
     
     
     
   • Click "Confirm Changes"
   • Click "Save Changes"
2. Apply the Restriction to a Bay Option
   • Go to the Bay Options section.
   • Select the bay option you want to restrict.
   • Apply the flag linked to the venue restriction.
     
     
     
     
   • Click "Save Changes".
3. Important Reminder
   • Make sure the bay option is linked to a Bay Group.
   • If it’s not, the bay option will not appear to customers during the booking process.
