This rule sets the maximum number of times a single customer can book a specific bay option within a defined calendar period. Once the limit is reached, the customer will not be able to make additional bookings for that option until the next period begins.
How Max In Calendar Period Works

- Create the Venue Restriction
- Navigate to the Venue Restrictions tab.
- Click "Create New Restriction".
- Create the flag that links to the restriction.
- Click "Create"
- Click "Edit Rule"
- Choose the restriction "Max In Calendar Period" and fill out the blocks as referred.
- Note that you can set the rule target to count, duration and value.
- Once you have filled out the blocks as preferred, click "Confirm Changes"
- Apply the Restriction to a Bay Option
- Go to the Bay Options section.
- Select the bay option you want to restrict.
- Apply the flag linked to the venue restriction.
- Click "Save Changes"
- Important Reminder
- Make sure the bay option is linked to a Bay Group.
- If it’s not, the bay option will not appear to customers during the booking process.
