This rule sets a maximum number of active future bookings a customer can hold simultaneously. Once the limit is reached, the customer must wait until one of their existing bookings is completed or canceled before making a new one.
How Max Upcoming Bookings Works

- Create the Venue Restriction
- Navigate to the Venue Restrictions tab.
- Click "Create New Restriction".
- Create the flag that links to the restriction.
- Click "Create"
- Click "Edit Rule"
- Fill out the boxes as preferred.
- Note that you can set the rule target to count, duration and value.
- Click "Confirm Changes"
- Click "Save Changes"
- Apply the Restriction to a Bay Option
- Go to the Bay Options section.
- Select the bay option you want to restrict.
- Apply the flag linked to the venue restriction.
- Click "Save Changes".
- Important Reminder
- Make sure the bay option is linked to a Bay Group.
- If it’s not, the bay option will not appear to customers during the booking process.
