This rule sets a minimum advance booking window for users with a specific perk (such as a membership or loyalty benefit). It ensures that even perk holders can only book a certain amount of time ahead, helping you manage demand and availability fairly.

How Min Book Ahead If Perk Works

1. Create the Venue Restriction
   • Navigate to the Venue Restrictions tab.
   • Click "Create New Restriction".
   • Create the flag that links to the restriction.
   • Click "Create"
     
     
     
     
   • Click "Edit Rule"
   • Fill out the boxes as preferred.
   • Choose the perk that the restriction is including
     
     
     
     
   • Click "Confirm Changes"
   • Click "Save Changes"
2. Apply the Restriction to a Bay Option
   • Go to the Bay Options section.
   • Select the bay option you want to restrict.
   • Apply the flag linked to the venue restriction.
     
     
     
     
   • Click "Save Changes"
3. Important Reminder
   • Make sure the bay option is linked to a Bay Group.
   • If it’s not, the bay option will not appear to customers during the booking process.
