Sometimes, you may want a booking option to be available only on a specific date, such as for a special event, limited-time offer, or one-day activity. The "Requires Date" restriction allows you to control exactly when a bay option becomes visible and bookable.

How Requires Date Works

1. Create the Venue Restriction
   • Navigate to the Venue Restrictions tab.
   • Click "Create New Restriction".
   • Create the flag that links to the restriction.
   • Click "Create"
     
     
     
     
   • Click on "Edit Rule"
   • Fill out the boxes as preferred.
     
     
     
     
   • Click "Confirm Changes"
   • Click "Save Changes"
2. Apply the Restriction to a Bay Option
   • Go to the Bay Options section.
   • Select the bay option you want to restrict.
   • Apply the flag linked to the venue restriction.
     
     
     
     
   • Click "Save Changes". 
3. Important Reminder
   • Make sure the bay option is linked to a Bay Group.
   • If it’s not, the bay option will not appear to customers during the booking process.
