Portal (Facility) | The Info Screen Tab in the Portal

The Info Screen feature in the Trackman Portal lets you create and manage digital displays for your facility. These screens are typically used to show leaderboards, promotional content, or event information on monitors or TVs.

Good practice is to keep your Info Screen updated regularly to reflect current sessions, promotions, or branding changes.

Supported Sizes and Formats:

  • Maximum size: 75 MB
  • Supported Image Formats: .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .svg, .tiff, .bmp
  • Supported Video Format: .mp4

What does the Info Screen do?

  • Displays Leaderboards: Show live rankings during tournaments or practice sessions.
  • Promotes Events: Highlight upcoming events, offers, or announcements.
  • Custom Content: Add images, videos, or text to personalize the screen.
  • Facility Branding: Reinforce your brand with logos, colors, and messaging.

How to Access It

  1. Access the Facility Section
    • Go to the "Facility" tab in the Trackman Portal.
  2. Edit the Info Screen
    • Use the editor to add or arrange content blocks.
  3. Choose Content Types
    • Add text, images, videos, or live data like leaderboards.
  4. Save and Display
    • Once saved, the screen updates in real time on connected displays.
