Trackman lets you customize your facility’s booking options to include non-golf activities like shuffleboard or pool. This guide walks you through creating a new bay option for these activities using simple steps.

Setting up A Shuffleboard or Pool Bay Option

1. Log in to the Trackman Portal
   • Go to mytrackman.com and sign in with your admin credentials.
2. Go to the Booking & Payments tab
   • From the main menu, select Booking & Payments to manage your bays and booking options.
3. Select "Bay Options"
   • In the Facility menu, click on "Bay Options". This is where you define different types of activities available for booking.
4. Click "Add New Option"
   • Press the + Add Option button to create a new bay type.
5. Name the Option
   • Enter a clear name like Shuffleboard or Pool Table. This is what customers will see when booking.
6. Choose the General Settings
   • Create a name. add to a group and add a description.
7. Set Duration and Pricing
   • Define how long each session lasts (e.g., 30 or 60 minutes) and set the price.
8. Assign to a Bay
   • Link the new option to a specific bay or area in your facility where the activity takes place.
9. Save the Option
   • Click "Save" to activate the new bay option. It will now appear in the booking system.
