Local Users allow you to assign individual logins to staff members using a simple 6-digit passcode. This helps track who made each booking or purchase, improving accountability and visibility across your team.
Local Users
- Each staff member gets a unique Local User profile and PIN code.
- After a period of inactivity, the system logs them out automatically.
- When they return, they re-enter their code to continue.
- This ensures every action - like creating a booking or processing a payment - is tied to the correct staff member.
Why Use Local Users
- Tracks exactly who made each booking or sale
- Helps manage staff accountability
- Works with existing Permission Groups to control access
