Here's how to sign in as a facility in the Trackman Portal. Managing your facility’s golf operations just got easier with the Trackman Portal. From organizing tournaments to managing coaches and sponsors, everything is at your fingertips.
How To Sign in to the Portal as a Facility
- Go to the Trackman Portal
- Use the email address that has admin access for your facility.
- If you don't have a facility set up yet, please follow these instructions to create a facility account
- After signing in, click on the top-right corner where you can see a circle with your initials.
- Then click on “View as” and select “Facility"
- Now you'll have access to a full suite of facility management tools, including:
- Tournaments – Create and manage competitive events.
- Control Room Indoor – Oversee simulator and bay activity.
- Coaches – Manage your coaching staff and their access.
- Leagues – Organize and track league play.
- Sponsors – Manage sponsor visibility and branding.
