  1. Ensure the cable clicks into the ethernet port
    • Make sure ethernet cable between iO and PC does not pass any type of adapter or dongle - ethernet cable goes straight from PC to iO
    • Always connect your Trackman directly into the motherboard and avoid using a USB to Ethernet adapter. If required, have your router connected via this option
  2. Check the Power and Ethernet Controller Settings in Device Manager.
  3. Update your PC
    • Go to the Windows Update tab in Settings and make sure everything is up to date.
    • Additionally, go into "Advanced Options" and check for "Optional Updates".
  4. Test with a different cable
