If Trackman Performance Studio (TPS) is freezing, crashing, or lagging, try the steps below in order.
Fix TPS Freezing
- Confirm you’re running the latest version of TPS.
- Ensure your Trackman unit’s firmware is up to date via TPS > "Settings" > "Advanced" > "About".
- Set your NVIDIA GPU as the preferred graphics processor in NVIDIA Control Panel.
- Clear the TPS cache, temp, and video folders in:
- C:\ProgramData\TrackMan\Trackman Performance Studio\Cache
- C:\ProgramData\TrackMan\Trackman Performance Studio\Temp
- C:\ProgramData\TrackMan\VideoManagement
